FAA

If you only fly quadcopters (such as a tinywhoop) inside/indoors, then you can disregard this page entirely.   But if you are like most fpv quadcopter enthusiasts, you at some point fly or want to fly outdoors.   The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) takes ownership of the USA airspace seriously.   Don't do something out of ignorance of the regulations and laws.    These can be confusing and daunting regulations.   Sites such as the fpv freedom collilition ( fpvfc.org ) can help make sense of it all.  Check out their "Education" link as this is a great place to spend time getting familiar with fpv terminology, laws and regulations.   The fpv freedom collilition is an advocate of the fpv hobby.  Consider becoming a member if you value your rights to operate fpv quadcopters outdoors.
